Aaron Gordon
B-flat Bass

Aaron Gordon has played in The Band of the California Battalion since 1995.  His parents, Sheldon and Vykee are also in the band. At the tender age of nine he was recruited by his father to play cymbals for only two songs during the band's performance at Aaron's elementary school. Aaron was hooked and played the entire concert never missing a beat.  

Aaron began playing Trombone and later Tuba at Ivanhoe Elementary School in Los Angeles.  Aaron attended Millikan Middle School for the Performing Arts in Sherman Oaks, California and Los Angeles County High School for the Arts at Cal State University, Los Angeles. He currently attends Long Beach City College, the home of The Band of the California Battalion. Aaron also plays Tenor Horn and various percussion instruments.

When Aaron is not going to school, studying, or playing in the band, he likes to play golf and tennis, gaze at the sky, go to the theater, and watch movies.
